UNITEC CNC
Services
Milling
We can offer:
- 5-axis simultaneous milling at the following machining centers: DMU 60, DMU 75 and DMU 50
- 4-axis milling at DMU 80
- 3-axis milling at CMX 800, QUASER, DMC 63
- Universal milling.
Turning
UNITEC CNC provides a full line of universal and CNC turning capabilities for most complex pieces of the diameter of up to ø365mm and length of 700mm.
With our turning machines, we are able to be flexible in production of complex parts with high precision and powerful turning capability.
Grinding
When processing metal by grinding, we have the possibility of universal and CNC circular and flat grinding. UNITEC CNC has the ability to perform grinding on high precision machines:
- flat grinding up to 560x280mm
- round external grinding up to ø80
- round internal grinding up to ø60.
WIRE CUTTING - EDM
We perform processing on a high-precision FANUC wire erosion machine and achieve a high quality of the processed surface (Ra 0.2).
We are able to achieve a surface finish of up to Ra 0.2 of workpieces up to 1050x820x400 mm.
